BWSlots – End User License Agreement (EULA)

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“EULA”) CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING THE BWSLOTS APP.

By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and BWSlots, LLC (“BWSlots”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and governs your use of the BWSlots mobile application (“App”), including all related services and content.

1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, BWSlots grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download, install, and use one copy of the App on a device that you own or control.
Access and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute the App or any part of its content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the App.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Ownership

The App and all associated content are owned by BWSlots, LLC and/or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved. The App is licensed, not sold to you.

4. Subscription & In-App Purchases

Some features of the App require a paid subscription, processed via Apple’s in-app purchase system and managed by RevenueCat.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, including for partial subscription periods, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
You may cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings to prevent future billing.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate or interact with third-party services, such as RevenueCat. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

6. Privacy

We collect and process limited personal data (such as your name, email, and subscription status) in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to this data collection and usage.

7. Disclaimer: Gambling-Related Content

BWSlots provides informational and entertainment content related to simulated casino-style games.

We do not offer real-money gambling.
We make no promises of success, winnings, or financial gain. Any gambling decisions made outside the App are at your own risk.

8. Term and Termination

This license is effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you breach this EULA.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING

MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON- INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BWSLOTS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

11. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify the App or this EULA at any time. Continued use after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chesapeake, Virginia.
